Healing Scriptures That Maintain Divine Health!

These important healing scriptures are designed to align you with divine health in all aspects of your life.

Ephesians 1:3

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ,”

You must first accept that God has already blessed you with all spiritual blessings in Christ Jesus. HEALING is already yours. God has given you exclusive rights to access spiritual healing without limitations. Our Lord Jesus Christ purchased this gift for you when He died on the cross and rose on the third day.

It’s your privilege to adopt this truth as your own. Make this scripture personal, adding it to your daily thoughts. Daily visualization of this truth, as it becomes a reality in your heart, will override the negative influence of sickness, and empower you in allowing the flow of divine healing by our Lord Jesus Christ, which is already available for you to enjoy.

Deuteronomy 30:19

“……I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live;”

Life and death are set before you every minute of the day, and you are instructed, by the Living God, to choose Life! 

If there be anyone who attempts to speak death unto you, whether they be licensed or not, you are counseled by the Living God to choose life over their pronouncement of death, for the Lord your God has paid the price for you to Live and not die. There is, therefore, no grounds for accepting anyone’s death sentence over your life. Instead, you have been instructed to choose life over the death sentence!

Making this uncompromising truth resonate in your thoughts daily will assist you in maintaining victory over any sickness.

Proverbs 18:21

“Death and Life are in the power of the tongue, and they that love it will eat its fruit.”

It is vital for us, as children of the Living God, to remain aware of the fact that our tongue ministers life or death every time it speaks. It is, therefore, a matter of life and death for us to pay attention to what we say, because, what we say will determine the maintenance of our healing. We are always responsible for what we say. It’s much easier to speak defeat, but it takes effort to consistently speak victory! And the victory is worth the effort! Therefore, speak the Word of God daily, with joy and gladness, and the benefits will follow.

2 Corinthians 10:5

“Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.”

It’s our responsibility to actively engage in casting down every imagination that attempts to override the knowledge of God in our hearts; the knowledge that harmonizes with the fact that we possess spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ; including everlasting divine healing. We are counseled, by the Living God, to use our authority and arrest every thought; hand-cuff it; take control of it, and line it up to the obedience of Christ. This type of active involvement is what helps dominate the sicknesses and diseases that attempt to invade and control your life.

NOTE: Your imagination is an extremely powerful support to your victorious living. Only the imaginations that conflict with God’s Word are we to cast down. But you are to surely use your imagination for the glory of God in visualizing yourself as eternally healed, victorious, and full of all the blessings of God in Christ Jesus every single day of your life. 

1 Peter 2:24

“Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.”

It is our Lord Jesus Christ who took our sins upon Himself; paid the punishment for those sins, and purchased our healing with His blood on the cross. Therefore, it is NEVER His will for us to be sick at any time. He DOES NOT put sickness on us to teach us a lesson. He DOES NOT punish us with sickness.

Your healing has been paid for in advance. And your sins are completely forgiven, even the ones we haven’t committed. Acceptance of our Lord Jesus Christ grants us the privileges of everlasting healing and divine health.

NOTE: Forgiveness & Healing work together. Oftentimes, in the Bible, you will read how the Lord Jesus would say, “Your sins are forgiven,” before healing the sick. It is, therefore, essential that we exercise forgiveness in maintaining our healing status. According to the book of Matthew 6:15, if we don’t forgive others, our Heavenly Father won’t forgive us. And none of us can retain healing in our body if we have unforgiveness in our hearts.

Mark 16:16-18

“He that believes and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believes not shall be damned. And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.”

Those of us who believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and are baptized with the gift of the Holy Ghost shall be saved. We have the authority to cast out devils; and the privilege of speaking with new tongues, as also explained in 1 Corinthians 14:2—“For he that speaks in an unknown tongue speaks not unto men, but unto God.” We also have the authority to take up serpents; overcome any unknown deadly drink, and lay hands on the sick, so that they shall recover.

NOTE:  These scriptures make clear the fact that, we, as Believers, are not subject to live our lives as victims of sickness, but rather as Healers for those who are sick, laying hands upon them in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ. And this privilege is for every Believer in the Body of Christ.

Luke 10:19

“Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.”

Brothers and Sisters in Christ, we have full authority over all the power of the enemy, including sickness and disease. God has never intended to use sickness to harm us. The only way for sickness or disease to hurt us is if we allow it. It is NOT God, who allows us to be sick, but rather, we, ourselves, unintentionally, allow sickness to abide in our lives by NOT exercising the power and authority that God has given us over the enemy. Many of us weren’t taught how to use our authority over sickness, but now that we know, it’s time to act.

It is our responsibility to recognize sickness as an enemy which we will not tolerate. If we are willing to tolerate any sickness, then our ability to get rid of it becomes feeble. Know, assuredly, that it is never God’s will for you to be sick, Ever!

Unfortunately, Religious leaders have taught us to blame God, using statements such as, “God knows what’s best,” “He won’t put on you no more than you can bear,” “All things work together for our good,” “All your suffering will be over when you get to heaven,” and many other faithless statements to cover up their unbelief in the power of the Living God given unto us. To be fair, some of our religious leaders were not taught how to use the authority that God has given us, therefore, they taught the best they could with the understanding that they had. But now, we can move forward toward a higher calling of God in Christ Jesus.

Some of us will have to bypass the faithless religious teachings of our past to activate the power of God within us, so that we may consistently walk in divine health; free from sickness and disease every day of our lives. We also have to make up our minds, not to tolerate anyone speaking negativity or death into our lives; and that’s including family members and friends.

Galatians 6:7-8

“Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man sow, that shall he also reap. For he that sows to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that sow to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.”

The Living God doesn’t violate His laws. Whatsoever we sow into our lives, we will surely reap. To live a life of healing and divine health, we must sow words of healing and divine health into our lives daily. While at the same time, we must continually reject words of sickness and death, no matter who it comes from; even if it comes from a licensed consultant, pastor, church leader, family member, or friend. We must not tolerate anyone speaking sickness or death into our lives, PERIOD!
