The Secret Of How To Become Rich From Within

Wealth, prosperity, and riches are all relative terms. How rich do you want to be? What does that look like? For many, having $8,000,000 to spend at any given time would be considered a substantial amount of money, and perceived as being rich. However, true richness and abundance go beyond material wealth.

While numerous individuals claim to have discovered the secrets to becoming rich while showcasing their possessions as proof of their success, it’s essential to recognize that true wealth is not entirely measured in monetary terms. True richness lies within you, transcending high amounts of money and material possessions.

Relying entirely on monetary possessions as your definition of worth will only debilitate the value and richness that lies within. It’s more fulfilling to enlighten yourself about the unlimited riches God has placed within you. Examining and sharing the richness within you will supply completeness that transcends material wealth.

The speeches of many esteemed experts are undeniably persuasive, yet sometimes they overlook crucial details when steering the public toward financial independence. They often fail to mention how true wealth can never be defined by the balance of one’s bank account, the material possessions they accumulate, or even a sudden windfall of money. Genuine prosperity is rooted in your internal richness and how you leverage that wealth to impact lives.

In essence, the rewards we receive are directly proportional to the value we represent and serve to those around us. This principle reflects the familiar saying: you get out what you put in.

The Rich Power of an Educated Mind Filled with Useful Knowledge

The path to great wealth also lies in gaining knowledge through great books. It’s interesting to note that all the truly renowned individuals throughout history were avid readers with a deep thirst for learning.

Whether formally educated or self-taught, these individuals seized every opportunity to expand their minds long before they gained fame and fortune. The purpose of our existence lies in upgrading our worth, becoming more productive, and appreciating the divine motive behind our creation. Failing to improve ourselves while neglecting to utilize the gifts bestowed upon us by the Living God, is a disservice to our potential and a betrayal of our spiritual calling.

Being Rich in Faith

According to Hebrews 11:1, faith is defined as the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen. Hebrews 11:6 also emphasizes the importance of faith, stating, “Without faith, it is impossible to please God: for he that comes to God must believe that He is and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.” Mark 9:23 further highlights the power of faith, stating that all things are possible for those who believe.

Therefore, it benefits you to engage in scriptures that assure that the impossible, is possible. By immersing yourself in this type of learning, you will discover the inner strength and richness God has placed within you. The central message of the Holy Bible can be summarized in one phrase, “Love the Lord with all your might; walk by faith and not by sight.”

The Richness of Jesus Christ

Many Christians, in the past, believed that the Lord Jesus Christ and his Apostles were poor.  Despite their limited financial resources, they were not impoverished but immensely wealthy. Consider this: In today’s world, fixing a broken arm can cost clients a deductible of at least $3,000. Yet, the Lord Jesus and His disciples, fueled by the abundant richness of their faith, healed thousands without charging a penny (3 Million Dollar Value).

While it may cost around $15 – $20 for a fulfilling daily meal, the Lord Jesus, with the richness of His faith, managed to feed over 5,000 men (not counting women and children) with an abundance of leftovers using just two small fish and five loaves of bread ( $500,000 Value). This act signifies that true wealth is not measured by the amount of money one has but it’s defined by the amount of richness within each individual created in God’s image.

The Truth About The Rich Man

In the book of Luke 18:18-24, there is a moment where a ruler approaches Jesus Christ and inquires how to attain eternal life. Jesus answers with a question, asking if he’s kept the commandments, to which the ruler declares he has followed them since his youth. Jesus reveals to the ruler that he lacks one thing, and then He tells him; “Sell all your possessions, give it to the poor, and follow Me.”

The ruler was deeply saddened by this directive, being exceedingly wealthy. Jesus, observing the rich man’s sorrow, replies, “How hard it is for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God! Indeed, it is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.”

Historically, Christians took this saying of Jesus to mean that being wealthy was wrong and that all who were rich and wealthy were destined for hell. Today, however, preachers have interpreted this saying to mean that one should not trust in wealth over God. Notice how the rich man, at the beginning of his prosperous life, demonstrates his faith by following God’s commandments. He proved he had reverence for God.

Later, however, the rich man failed to realize that his success was considerably linked to his having enriched himself with the commandments and laws of God. His obedience to the laws of God enabled him to accumulate his riches. The deceit of riches twisted his focus and turned him from discerning the riches beyond his monetary accumulations. He, therefore, fell into the deceitful trap of believing, as many others have done, that being rich means having a lot of money. He couldn’t discern how his productive inward value would attract the money to his life over and over even if he gave it all away.

Don’t fall into this trap. Enrich yourself with the love and commandments of our Lord Jesus Christ. Increase your learning of Him and engage in an occupation you enjoy. Become enthusiastic about exceptional literature that sparks your intellect and challenges you to become your best. Immerse yourself in books. Read scriptures in the Bible that will teach you the promises and commandments of God. Aim to inspire and uplift those around you with your newfound knowledge and wisdom. Embrace a passion for reading, and enjoy the incredible opportunities and unexpected moments that will surely bless your life.

We hope that this article has been an encouragement to you. Allow no one to dictate to you the true riches of your personal life. Only you can be you! No one else can be you but you! Our encouragement is that you be the best you that you can be! We love you.  Enjoy being rich in Christ Jesus.
